What's New at Flips Gym, Sharon's Studio & Ninja Zone

Our annual dance recital will be held on June 20th at Thomas Stone High School!

Ninja Games was a BLAST! We will have our next games in December 2026 and it will be better than ever!

June 1st through June 6th will be Bring Your Stuffy to Class Week for our dancers. This is a fun way to give them an audience to perform for!

June 14th- MANDATORY Dress Rehearsal for all dancers participating in recital at Thomas Stone High School

June 13th - June 19th - Trophy & Parent Peek Week

Recently, Mr. Michael and Ms. Lindsey were invited to a local Elementary School to present for their Career Day - such a fun experience!

We had such a great time performing for the residents at The Charleston Senior Community this holiday season!

Our Address!

We are now celebrating 37 years in Southern Maryland and couldn't be happier! Our address is 10559 Middleport Lane (Tower Plaza Shopping Center in White Plains, near the Mexico Restaurant). We have 8600 square feet of fun with lots of room for dancing, tumbling and ninja-ing! Plus, we have lots of sibling and parent friendly lobby space!

Gymnastics & Ninja Zone Birthday Parties!

We offer two types of fun birthday parties at our facility! These full-service parties are perfect for children ages 1-10 and are held on Saturdays in our gym! Click on the birthday tab for more information and get ready to book your child's birthday party today!
